We are seeking a qualified baker for 30 hours a week (4xnight shifts, Wednesday, Thursday, friday, Saturday nights 9pm-3am) for independent production of bread & pies.
Experienced baker apprentices will be considered- third year only. Please do not apply if you are a first year apprentice or seeking a new apprenticeship as unfortunately you will not be considered for the position.
Apprentices will transition to night shift once equiped to work unsupervised

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

- Do you hold a trade certificate in baking? If you are an apprentice, what year of your apprenticeship are you currently in?
- Are you competent in all aspects of bread and bun production, including shaping and baking off without assistance? Are you able to produce puff & pie bottom pastry?
