DAO Cleaning Co is a locally owned cleaning business serving Mandurah, Rockingham and the wider Peel region. We specialise in residential, commercial, NDIS, DVA, vacate and builder's cleans. We're after an experienced cleaner ready to step up - Someone who sets the standard on site, keeps jobs running smoothly and can be trusted to lead when the owners aren't there.
This is a hands-on role first and foremost — you'll be cleaning every day with the added responsibility of guiding the team on bigger jobs and holding the quality bar.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Hands on cleaning across residential and commercial jobs, leading by example
- Running larger or more complex jobs, coordinating the crew on site
- Checking work quality and coaching newer or less experienced cleaners
- Being the go-to person on site for client questions and job issues
- Flagging scheduling, equipment or supply issues back to the office
WHAT WE'RE AFTER
- Solid experience in residential or commercial cleaning. Vacate or builders clean experience preferred
- Available for early starts
- A natural standard setter — someone who takes pride in the work and expects the same from others
- Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with clients directly on site
- A positive attitude
- Own reliable transport
- Current police clearance or willing to obtain one
- Full Australian work rights
- 1 + years of professional cleaning experience (vacate/builders preferred)

Hours: Approximately 25 - 30 hours per week, Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: $35 – $38 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
Travel: Km's paid between jobs and for jobs outside our service area
