Force Fire is seeking an experienced Electrical Service Manager to lead our Electrical Service team.
Reporting to the Services Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the delivery of electrical service operations, including call-outs, repairs, maintenance and upgrades across fire detection systems, emergency and exit lighting, EWIS systems and associated electrical infrastructure.

- Lead, mentor and support a team of electricians and service technicians.
- Manage daily scheduling, job allocation and team performance.
- Oversee electrical service delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
- Provide technical support for fault finding and complex service issues.
- Review service reports, defect recommendations and quoted works.
- Build strong relationships with clients and respond to service enquiries.
- Work closely with scheduling, quoting and administration teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, WHS requirements and company procedures.
- Monitor service performance, identify improvement opportunities and support business growth.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current NSW Electrical Licence (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the fire protection maintenance industry.
- Previous experience leading or supervising a service team.
- Strong knowledge of fire detection systems, EWIS, emergency and exit lighting.
- Experience using Uptick (or similar field service software) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
