Deliver high-quality group fitness classes with professionalism, including setup, pack down, and safe use of equipment
Motivate and support members, ensuring correct technique and fostering strong member relationships to encourage retention and growth
Collaborate effectively with club staff and the broader Viva Leisure team
Maintain compliance with Work Health & Safety policies, reporting hazards and incidents promptly
Stay current with certifications and adhere to all relevant fitness industry standards and facility procedures
Promote gym services and assist members with enquiries, escalating issues to the Club Leader when necessary
Ensure class coverage by notifying the Club Leader in advance if unavailable to teach
Available to train 10 additional hours to become a Certified Club Pilates Instructor (paid for by employer)
