About the Role
Little Amigos Kids Cafe is a growing family entertainment and hospitality group operating across multiple locations in NSW, ACT and Victoria.
We are looking for an experienced Multi-Site Operations Manager with a background in a large hospitality, retail, entertainment or service-based chain.
This is a head office role with regular travel to different store locations. You will work closely with the Head of Operations during the initial onboarding period to understand the business, systems and store network, before taking greater responsibility for multi-site operational performance.
The role will focus on supporting Store Managers, improving store performance and maintaining consistent operational standards across the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational performance across all store locations
- Conduct regular store visits and ensure operational, service, safety and compliance standards are met
- Manage, coach and hold Store Managers accountable for performance and agreed actions
- Review sales, labour costs, stock control, customer feedback and store profitability
- Identify underperforming stores and implement practical improvement plans
- Support new store openings, manager training and the rollout of company-wide systems and procedures
About You
- Proven multi-site operations experience within a large hospitality, retail, entertainment or service-based chain
- Experience managing and developing Store Managers across multiple locations
- Strong operational judgement and the ability to identify and resolve store-level issues
- Confident managing performance, accountability and difficult conversations
- Hands-on, organised and able to work independently across different locations
- A current Australian driver licence, full working rights and availability for regular interstate travel
Experience supporting new store openings and operational expansion will be highly regarded.
