Key responsibilities include:

Lead & Coordinate – Supervise all food production activities and contribute creative input for promotions.

Maintain Quality & Efficiency – Ensure responsible purchasing, proper storage, portion control, and minimal waste.

Kitchen Operations & Equipment – Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment, ensuring proper use and timely maintenance.

Team & Training – Foster strong relationships across departments and oversee staff training programs.

Financial & Compliance – Support kitchen financial management, drive HACCP standards, and uphold cleanliness and hygiene protocols.
The ideal candidate will have:

Full Working Rights in Australia

Minimum of 2 years' experience in In Room Dining or similar

Ideal for a Chef de Partie looking to make the next step in their career

Strong culinary skills with a focus on quality, creativity, and attention to detail.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
