We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our friendly and hardworking café kitchen team.
Working closely with our Head Chef, you will help deliver a consistent, high-quality breakfast and lunch service while contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen.
The role includes:
- Running sections such as pans and pass during service
- Preparing and presenting food to a consistent standard
- Managing daily prep and maintaining appropriate stock levels
- Following food-safety, cleaning and kitchen procedures
- Supporting junior team members when required
- Communicating effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Assisting with general kitchen organisation and operations
The ideal candidate will have previous café or high-volume breakfast and lunch experience, strong organisational skills and a calm, positive approach during busy service.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in their work and is keen to support the Head Chef and contribute to the continued success of the business.
Full-time availability is preferred, and weekend availability is essential.
