We are a growing rental car company seeking a reliable and customer-focused Vehicle Operations Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and collect vehicles from customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with rental agreements and vehicle handovers.
- Support daily office activities, including basic administrative tasks.
- Prepare, clean, maintain and present vehicles to company standards before customer collection.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's licence.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer and administrative skills.
- Reliable, well-organised, and able to work independently.
This is a varied role that combines customer service, vehicle maintenance and deliveris, and administrative support within a friendly and professional team environment.
Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
