We’re seeking two Student Lifecycle Senior Officers to join our Students & Operations team, supporting our Work Integrated Learning (WIL) portfolio within the College of Business and Law.
As the Student Lifecycle Senior Officer (WIL), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality operational support across Work Integrated Learning (WIL) activities. Partnering closely with students, academics, and industry stakeholders, you will support the end-to-end WIL lifecycle. From admissions and enrolment through to internship and placement coordination, assessment of administration, progression and student advice, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Working within established frameworks and procedures, you will provide specialist advice on WIL processes, systems and requirements, ensuring activities are delivered efficiently, consistently and in line with University policies and compliance obligations. You will also take ownership of complex student and industry enquiries, using sound judgement to investigate issues, drive solutions and ensure timely resolution.
You will contribute to the continuous improvement of WIL operations by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance service delivery and strengthen the overall student and stakeholder experience. Leveraging data insights, stakeholder feedback and your operational expertise, you will support the development of best practice approaches that drive efficiency, consistency and compliance.
Collaborating with a diverse range of academic and professional colleagues, you will support the successful delivery of WIL initiatives across programs, modes and locations, while contributing to a positive, student-centred and high-performing team culture.
To be successful in this position, you’ll have:
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships across students, academics, professional staff and industry partners
