We're looking for a reliable team member to join our growing burger business.
This is more than just a casual job. We're looking for someone who wants to learn every station in the kitchen and has the potential to grow into an Assistant Manager or Shift Leader in the future.
About the role
- 2–3 shifts per week (approximately 15–20 hours)
- Evening shifts
- Opportunity for additional hours as we grow
- Full training provided

What you'll learn
- Grill
- Burger assembly
- Fryers
- Customer service
- Opening and closing procedures
- Stock management
- Leadership responsibilities (for the right person)
We're looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and turns up for every shift
- Hard-working with a positive attitude
- Willing to learn and improve
- Able to work well under pressure
- A team player
- Looking for long-term employment
Previous hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential. We'd rather hire someone with a great attitude than someone with years of experience.
