We’re looking for a Loan Support Officer to deliver high-quality post-settlement support and exceptional customer outcomes.
Role Overview
The Loan Support Officer (LSO) supports the Loan Support Team and Senior Loans Support Manager to deliver high-quality, customer-focused service across all post-settlement activities.
This role is responsible for handling customer enquiries within defined service level agreements (SLAs), maintaining accurate loan records, and ensuring seamless administration across the loan lifecycle.
It’s a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment — balancing volume, accuracy and customer care, while contributing to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Manage post-settlement enquiries (phone & email) within SLA
- Process loan variations, discharges and documentation updates
- Maintain accurate loan and system records
- Support construction loans and progress drawdowns
- Assist customers and brokers with enquiries and transactions
- Ensure compliance with AML/CTF and internal policies
About You

Experience in financial services, ideally in residential/commercial lending
- At least 1 year customer service experience in credit or lending environments
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Solid systems capability across core banking systems, Outlook and Excel
- Understanding of financial services legislation and lending practices
