Autosports Group is seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Service Desk Analyst based in Gold Coast - QLD to join our national IT team. This role supports users across our dealership network, providing responsive and effective technical assistance to ensure seamless business operations.
About the Role
As part of a national IT support function, you will be the first point of contact for technical issues across multiple dealership sites. You will manage service requests, troubleshoot incidents remotely, and deliver end-to-end IT support in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage Service Desk tickets and incoming calls, prioritising workload to ensure timely resolution
- Provide remote troubleshooting using diagnostic tools and structured problem-solving techniques
- Deliver professional, end-to-end IT support to users across the national dealership network
- Manage user access, system permissions, and IT equipment provisioning
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with users and stakeholders
- Ensure accurate documentation, tracking, and resolution of all support requests
About You

Strong customer service skills with experience in IT support or a genuine passion for the industry
- Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve issues efficiently
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and ITIL principles (or willingness to learn)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users
- Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Able to work independently while contributing to a national team environment
- Basic understanding of telecommunications technologies
- Collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-focused
