We’re currently hiring Café Allrounders who are keen to work across all areas of the café - from the coffee machine, to the kitchen, to delivering great service on the floor.

What we’re after
We’re after team members who can:
- Work on the espresso machine
- Assist with food preparation and service
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety and WHS standards
- Support both front and back-of-house operations
- Have full availability from 7.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Sunday.
- Be available to accommodate a 7-day roster from open to close. Especially on Weekends and Public Holidays.
- Be wanting to work toward a Shift Supervisor role in future
- Be able available to start immediately.
- Complete all screening questions when you apply.
About you:
- Minimum 2 years barista experience. Recently worked in a high volume café.
- Willing to learn and perform duties in other areas of the café.
- Able to fill shift on short notice.
- People oriented and great at multitasking.
- Live locally or a reasonable distance on the Northside of Brisbane.
- Strong communicator and a team player.
- Willingness to work at other store locations.
These roles require applicants to have working rights in Australia and flexible availability and willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
