Main duties include:
Answering inbound customer calls, emails, or chat messages
Helping customers with billing, account, product, or service concerns
Providing accurate information and troubleshooting basic issues
Handling complaints and finding suitable solutions
Updating customer records and notes in company systems
Following company scripts, policies, and quality standards
Escalating complex concerns to senior support teams
Meeting customer service targets such as response time and satisfaction scores
Working in rotating or shifting schedules depending on the account
