About ACC Southlands
ACC Southlands is a growing school community located in the beautiful city of Albany. There are approximately 310 students from Kindergarten to Year 12 on-campus with a further 700 students from Pre-primary to Year 12 in our Distance Education cohort. Although we are growing rapidly, we are focused on sustainably stewarding God’s creation and we have a heart that all students will be well known, well loved, and well taught. About the role
Applications are sought from suitably qualified and experienced educational leaders for the position of Principal.
The Principal is responsible for maintaining and developing the positive culture and community of the school, ensuring students have access to high quality teaching and learning. The role is supported by the Corporate Office with finance, HR, marketing, IT and building projects being provided by CEM. The Principal's role will be to grow and lead the School producing a strong Christian teaching culture of high quality. The Principal will be expected to generate the momentum required to move the School forward, building positive relationships within the school and wider community.

About You
First and foremost, you will have a sincere and steadfast relationship with Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour. Out of this relationship, you will act graciously toward all members of the school community and think biblically through opportunities and challenges associated with being in a leadership role within a Christian school. You will be a spiritual and educational servant-leader who seeks the good of others.
