Commis Chef / Chef de Partie
Coco & Grove is a thriving, seven-day a week, venue in Kedron, just North of Brisbane CBD
We have 2 x locations requiring a motivated Chef to join our successful, friendly and dynamic expanding teams.

We have an extremely loyal following of customers & an extremely loyal team of staff.
Chef hours are 6am to 3pm, 5 days a week. Including most (but not all) weekends.
We are hunting for an ambitious Chef, that will compliment our iconic northside cafes. You should have high energy with the desire and skills to assist with creating exciting menus and on trend weekly specials.
This is a 100% hands on role which requires great communication & cooking skills. We also recruit new staff who will enhance the overall positive environment of our teams.
The weekends are fast paced and you must be able to prioritize tasks at hand. Mid-week is consistent, but also the ideal time to be innovative.
The position is FTE casual.

Skills and You...

- Have fast paced, high volume modern contemporary dining experience
- Be responsible for food ordering, production & service
- Available to work weekends
- You’re able to take direction & work unsupervised
- Thorough knowledge of workplace health & safety practice
