WE’RE HIRING – CUSTOMER SERVICE / ADMIN
Sydney Telweb is looking for a confident, reliable and organised person to join our team.
The role includes:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Serving customers at the front counter
- Booking customers and repairs into our system
- General admin and computer work
- Testing & quality checking devices after repair
- Following up customers and completed jobs
All training is provided, including how to use our computer systems, booking procedures and how to test devices.
What we're looking for:

✔ Basic computer knowledge
✔ Good communication skills
✔ Able to think independently and problem solve
✔ Organised with good attention to detail
✔ Reliable and willing to learn
No mobile phone repair experience required.
