WHS & Quality Assurance Coordinator to grow with us.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of workplace health, safety and quality systems across two successful Toyota dealerships. Reporting to the leadership team, you will play a key role in driving compliance, continuous improvement and employee engagement while helping to shape a positive safety culture across the business.

Flexible Working Arrangements
This is a permanent full-time position, however we recognise that flexibility is important. For the right candidate, we are open to discussing a 4-day working week while maintaining the responsibilities and impact of the role. We can work with the successful applicant to create a schedule that supports both business needs and work-life balance.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Lead WHS and Quality systems across all departments
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance processes and performance
- Manage audits, inspections and ISO 9001 recertification activities
- Deliver engaging toolbox talks, safety briefings and tailored training sessions
- Maintain and update Integrated Management System documentation through the Mango platform
- Analyse safety and quality performance data to support informed decision-making
- Coach and support leaders and team members to uphold WHS and quality best practice
- Promote a positive safety culture and ensure ongoing compliance with relevant legislation and standards
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Experience in a WHS, Quality Assurance, Compliance, HR or similar coordination role
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety (highly regarded)
- Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to influence and build positive relationships at all levels of the business
- A practical, hands-on approach with a strong focus on continuous improvement
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with audits, compliance frameworks or ISO management systems will be highly regarded
