About Us
Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group'.

About the Role
This role plays a critical part in shaping the workforce that underpins the operation of Victoria's courts. The Talent Acquisition Advisor (Bulk Recruitment) leads end-to-end recruitment for high-volume campaigns, ensuring the Courts Group is equipped with the talent needed to deliver essential services to the community.
Working in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment, you will design and deliver structured recruitment programs that balance efficiency, consistency, and high-quality candidate outcomes. The role combines hands-on delivery with expert recruitment advice, partnering closely with stakeholders to embed best practice approaches and maintain strong, sustainable talent pipelines.
This is a role suited to an experienced bulk recruiter who thrives in structured environments, is comfortable with repeatable processes, and is motivated by delivering high-impact outcomes at scale.
Key Responsibiltiies

Lead and deliver end-to-end bulk recruitment campaigns, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes across multiple intakes

Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to provide expert advice on best practice recruitment strategies and market approaches

Design and implement structured recruitment processes that balance consistency, efficiency and strong candidate experience

Build and maintain continuous talent pipelines to support ongoing and future workforce demand

Drive proactive attraction strategies, including innovative sourcing approaches to engage diverse candidate pools

Influence and guide stakeholders to achieve optimal recruitment outcomes aligned with operational priorities

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data and insights to enhance recruitment processes and delivery

Support reporting on recruitment activity and workforce trends to inform planning and decision-making
About You

Proven experience leading high-volume or bulk recruitment campaigns in a complex environment

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment streams simultaneously with strong planning and delivery discipline

Strong capability to advise and influence stakeholders on contemporary recruitment practices and workforce strategies

Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines to meet ongoing hiring demand

Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail

Highly organised, resilient and comfortable working within structured, repeatable processes

A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources (desirable) or equivalent experience
