What you'll be doing
- Deliver timely and accurate first level HR support to the organisation by managing P&C enquiries, the people inbox, and providing practical advice on policies, procedures, system (ELMO) and employment matters and escalating matters where required
- Managing the process workflows in our HRIS ( ELMO) ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee information, transactions and records and updating system configuration as required
- The role has a heavy administrative support requirement processing classification changes, higher duties, contract variations and workflow activities and ensuring compliance requirements.
- Developing and delivering standard and adhoc reporting from the HRIS and Payroll
- Provide support to the talent acquisition processes as required.
What we're looking for
- Demonstrated experience in a high-volume fast-paced human resources function supporting a geographically and diverse client base
- Self starter able to research, interpret policies and procedures and problem solve
- Confident in interpreting and understanding awards with a particular focus on the SCHADS Award
- Experience with ELMO or similar HRIS is an advantage
- Degree qualifications in business, human resources, industrial relations or equivalent
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Strong prioritisation and time management skills
