As a Casual Sales Associate, you will be the face of the Coach brand, delivering exceptional service and helping customers find products that reflect their personal style. You will contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of store presentation and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience through genuine and personalised service.
- Build strong relationships with customers and create lasting brand loyalty.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals through proactive selling techniques.
- Maintain product knowledge across all Coach collections.
- Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory processes.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation standards are consistently maintained.
- Support store operations, including POS transactions, opening and closing procedures.
