Position: Experienced Subway Sandwich Artist
We are looking for an experienced Subway Sandwich Artist to join our growing team at our Spencer Street store.
If you already have Subway experience, know the Subway way of working and can hit the ground running, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role
You will be part of our restaurant team, helping us deliver great customer service while maintaining high standards of food preparation, cleanliness and food safety.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving Subway products to standard
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Following Subway procedures and food safety requirements
- Maintaining a clean and organised restaurant
- Restocking and preparing the store
- Working efficiently during busy periods
- Supporting your team throughout the shift
- Completing closing and general store duties as required
- Helping increase sales through add-ons and upselling
Shift Requirements
This position involves a combination of day and closing shifts at Spencer Street.
Closing shifts finish at approximately 11:45pm, so applicants must be comfortable with late finishes when rostered.
About You
You will ideally have:
- Previous Subway experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- A reliable and positive attitude
- Strong attention to food quality and presentation
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work a combination of day and closing shifts
- A willingness to contribute to sales and help the store succeed
