The role
Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for:
Managing daily pub operations and acting as Duty Manager
Leading, supporting, and supervising staff during service
Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing and gaming requirements
Delivering high‑quality customer service
Maintaining venue standards, safety, and presentation
Handling daily operational matters with confidence and professionalism
About you
Previous experience in a pub or hospitality management role
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Hands‑on, calm, and customer‑focused approach
Ability to work independently and manage a shift end‑to‑end
Current NSW RSA, RCG & ARCG (essential)
This role requires completion of a National Police Check as part of our Employee Due Diligence process.
