About the role
Join the Employee Relations team as a Senior Employee Relations Officer and play a key role in supporting leaders through complex and sensitive workforce matters across a large and dynamic healthcare environment. You will provide expert advice and leadership across employee and industrial relations, managing matters such as performance, conduct, grievances, disputes and investigations while helping to achieve positive organisational outcomes.
This influential role combines strategic thinking with practical problem solving. You will lead complex investigations, provide expert interpretation of industrial instruments and legislation, manage negotiations with unions and key stakeholders, and contribute to workforce initiatives that strengthen organisational performance. Working closely with senior leaders, you will help shape contemporary employee relations practices, support informed decision making and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
