We’re seeking an experienced Revenue Officer (Accounts Payable) to support the finance team on a
initial 3-month temporary assignment.

About the role:
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments while maintaining compliance with relevant policies and frameworks.

Role Responsibilities: Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
Match invoices against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and execute payment runs in line with schedules
- Maintain vendor records and ensure data accuracy in ERP systems
- Monitor payment status and resolve issues proactively
- Support month-end processes and reporting requirements
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and NDIA pricing arrangements
- Assist with audits and maintain financial documentation
- Identify and contribute to process improvements and system enhancements
About you:
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable or invoice processing
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Experience working with ERP systems and payment tools
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Able to manage high volumes and tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to hit the ground running
- Experience in the NDIS or disability sector (advantageous, not essential)
