Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Foreman to oversee the day-to-day operations of a small marina facility. The successful candidate will supervise personnel, coordinate daily tasks, maintain high workmanship standards, and ensure safe and efficient operations across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate marina personnel and contractors on daily activities.
- Monitor staff productivity to ensure time is being used effectively and tasks are completed efficiently.
- Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and in accordance with company procedures and safety requirements.
- Conduct and lead daily pre-start meetings, including safety briefings and task allocations.
- Plan and prioritise daily work schedules to meet operational requirements and deadlines.
- Inspect completed work and provide guidance or corrective direction where required.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment throughout the marina facility.
- Liaise with management regarding staffing, maintenance requirements, equipment issues, and operational updates.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Support training and development of staff to improve performance and teamwork.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory or foreman role, preferably within a marina, marine, construction, or maintenance environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage teams effectively and maintain productivity.
- Sound understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Current driver’s licence.
- Forklift ticket etc. preferable

Employment Conditions
- Full-time position.

Pay: $95,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
