About the role
As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a key role in partnering with leaders to build a flexible, capable and high-performing workforce across SCSS. Providing trusted advice, coaching and guidance on a broad range of human resources matters, you will support managers to navigate workforce challenges, drive positive workplace outcomes and foster a collaborative and inclusive culture.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will deliver practical and strategic human resources solutions aligned with organisational priorities, industrial frameworks and best practice. This is an opportunity to influence meaningful change, support workforce initiatives and contribute to a positive employee experience while helping services achieve their goals and deliver exceptional outcomes for the community.
