The Grain Emporium (Pane Bianco Group PTY LTD) is currently seeking multiple qualified Bakers with at least 3 years experience to join our growing team.
Job Type: FULL TIME, Permanent Evening shift from 6pm start
Our passion is Stone Baked Artisan breads, specialising in Sourdough and authentic European breads and pastries.
Applicants require to have the following:
- Experience in using provers and stone baked / rack ovens
- At least 3 years experience in Bread dough techniques including molding, mixing and baking
- Experienced in croissant pastry, cake decorating and cake piping
- Adhere to strict cleaning and food hygiene programs
- Working in a team environment
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Passion for baking and cake decorating
- Flexibility working weekend shifts is essential, subject to business requirement
Ongoing training provided. Must be able to show they can work in a team and time management is essential.
