The specific duties of the Exploration Geologist will be to provide geological, technical, and operational support for the Company’s exploration and resource development activities, including, without limitation:
a) the supervision and implementation of exploration programs, including drilling, geological mapping, surface sampling, trenching, and other field activities;
b) the geological logging of drill core, RC chips, auger samples, trenches, and other exploration material in accordance with Company procedures;
c) the coordination of sampling activities, including sample selection, sample preparation, dispatch to laboratories, chain-of-custody documentation, and assay tracking;
d) the supervision of drilling contractors, field technicians, and other contractors during day-to-day exploration activities;
e) the collection, validation, and interpretation of geological, geochemical, geophysical, survey, and drilling data;
f) the preparation and maintenance of geological maps, sections, plans, drill hole interpretations, and other technical figures;
g) support for the development and updating of geological models, including lithology, regolith, weathering, mineralisation, alteration, and structural interpretations;
h) support for Mineral Resource Estimate work by assisting with data validation, geological interpretation, domain definition, wireframing, and the provision of information to senior geologists, consultants, and Competent Persons;
i) the implementation and monitoring of QAQC procedures for exploration sampling and assay programs, including the use of standards, blanks, duplicates, and umpire samples;
j) the maintenance and review of geological databases to ensure exploration data is complete, accurate, and suitable for technical reporting;
k) the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly exploration reports, as well as technical summaries and supporting material for statutory reports, ASX announcements, and internal reviews;
l) the safe execution of field activities in accordance with the Company’s health, safety, environmental, heritage, and land access requirements;
m) compliance with the Company’s policies, procedures, statutory obligations, and relevant technical reporting standards; and
n) any other duties reasonably required by the Group Geology Manager in support of the Company’s exploration activities.

Pay: $130,000.00 per year
