IMPartners is recruiting on behalf of Integral Built for experienced Qualified Carpenters to join their growing commercial construction team.

About the Role
Working across commercial construction projects throughout Adelaide, you'll be involved in the installation of commercial cladding systems and associated carpentry and external building works.
This is a hands-on role for an experienced carpenter who can be trusted to get on with the job, maintain a high standard of workmanship and contribute positively to the crew around them.
You'll work alongside experienced tradespeople and site leaders in a team that values quality, accountability and getting the job done properly.
What You'll Be Doing
- Installing commercial cladding systems
- Completing carpentry and external building works
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Working efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Following site safety requirements and safe work practices
- Working collaboratively with Leading Hands, supervisors and other trades
- Identifying practical site issues and contributing to solutions
- Maintaining organised, safe and well-presented work areas
We're not simply looking for someone who can swing a hammer.
The right person will be someone who takes ownership of their work, can be relied upon and cares about the standard of the finished product.
You'll ideally:
- Be a qualified carpenter with relevant commercial construction experience
- Have commercial cladding experience, or experience that transfers well into cladding work
- Take genuine pride in producing high-quality work
- Be reliable, punctual and accountable
- Have a strong work ethic without needing to be constantly supervised
- Communicate well and work effectively as part of a crew
- Bring a practical, solutions-focused mindset to site
- Be willing to learn, improve and take feedback on board
- Respect the people you work with and contribute to a positive team environment
- Be safety focused and understand the importance of doing things properly
- Hold a current White Card and driver's licence
