Casual Bartenders Wanted – Join The Island at Elizabeth Quay
The Island at Elizabeth Quay is looking for experienced casual bartenders to join our team.
If you're confident behind the bar, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy delivering great customer service, we'd love to hear from you. There are plenty of hours available for the right person, with immediate starts available.
We're looking for candidates with:
✅ A valid RSA (essential)
✅ Previous bartending experience in a busy venue
✅ Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills
✅ A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
☕ Barista experience is a bonus—if you have it, let us know!
Please note: Shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete an unpaid trial shift
While bartending is your primary role, we're looking for team members who are happy to jump in wherever needed. This includes waiting tables, running food, clearing glasses, and supporting the floor during busy service. A hands-on attitude and willingness to work as part of the team are essential.
