What you’ll be doing:
- Enquiry Response – Be the first point of contact for new participants, families and referrers delivering excellent customer service.
- Pipeline Management – Maintaining referral pipelines, follow‑ups and CRM accuracy.
- Scheduling Coordination – Working with internal teams to organise meet‑and‑greets, come-and-trys trials and transition activities.
- Client Assessment and Risk Identification – Conducting participant assessments and identifying risks and contributes to the development of Individual Risk Profiles.
- Documentation Readiness – Ensures all client documentation is complete, accurate and compliant prior to service commencement.
- Quotes & Agreements – Preparing quotes and managing service agreements in line with organisational requirements.
- Relationship Building – Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, families and community partners.
- Service Promotion – Promoting services and contributing to organisational growth at community events and open days.
What you’ll bring:
- Disability Services Experience – Demonstrated experience in disability services and client intake processes.
- Eligibility & Service Fit Assessment – Skills in assessing service suitability and conducting intake risk assessments.
- Risk Identification – Ability to identify high‑risk participants, including complex behaviours and safeguarding concerns.
- Pipeline Management – Experience in referral pipelines and follow‑up of documentation needed prior to commencement.
- Customer Service – Strong customer service, administration and interpersonal skills.
- Team Collaboration – Can adapt well and builds rapport with internal teams.
- Stakeholder Relationships – Can build relationships with Support Coordinators, LACs and NDIA Planners.
- Time Management – Excellent organisational, prioritisation and multitasking abilities.
- NDIS Compliance – Ensures alignment with NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators.
- Systems Proficiency – Proficient in Microsoft Office and client management systems.
- Travel Capability – Able to travel between The Bridge site locations as required.
Nice to have:
- SupportAbility & HubSpot – Experience using SupportAbility and HubSpot CRM systems.
- NDIS Plan Interpretation – Ability to interpret NDIS plans and budgets.
- NDIS Quoting – Skilled in preparing quotes aligned with the NDIS Price Guide.
- Service Agreement Drafting – Experience drafting clear, compliant service agreements.
