What you’ll be doing

Partner with the Project Lead to deliver safety and wellbeing projects from digital uplift, safety system improvements and culture.

Engage stakeholders through face-to-face conversations and collaborative workshops.

Build strong relationships across the organisation to enable successful delivery.

Translate technical language into clear, relatable messages that resonate across the business.

Champion a proactive, people-first approach to change, identify risks, gather feedback and facilitate collective decision making to drive meaningful change and embed sustainable behaviours.

Demonstrate values and behaviours that support a constructive, high-performance culture.
What you Bring
-
This role suits emerging project professionals with strong foundations and ready to step up into greater ownership, or an experienced advisor seeking to deliver more complex, enterprise outcomes.

Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating projects or initiatives with exposure to complex environments.

Strong capability in stakeholder engagement and change leadership.

Ability to influence and navigate organisational complexity.

Commercial and strategic mindset, coupled with hands on delivery capability.

A relevant certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or CAPM.
