About The Role
We are seeking a commercially minded and growth-focused Investment Analyst to join our Investment team and play a key role in shaping the future growth of the business.
Reporting to the Commercial Investment Manager, you will have the opportunity to work across a diverse and exciting portfolio of investment opportunities, with approximately 80–90% of the role focused on organic growth. This will include evaluating and supporting the delivery of major projects, existing park developments, WorkStay tenders, lease extensions and a range of strategic park analysis.
You will also gain exposure to inorganic growth opportunities, including acquisitions and tenders, providing valuable analytical and commercial insights to support investment decisions.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious analyst looking to broaden their commercial experience, work on high-impact projects and play a meaningful role in identifying and delivering opportunities that support the organisation’s continued growth and success.
Responsibilities of the role include:

Prepare detailed financial models for major projects, including review of project costings and returns

Engage with internal stakeholders through the major project process, including revenue, development, operations and marketing teams

Support infill development opportunities, including ideation, scoping, feasibility assessment and financial modelling

Assist with preparation of board and investment committee papers relating to capital allocation strategy and development projects

Support asset management initiatives for leased properties, including analysis and negotiation support for lease extensions

As a secondary focus, the role will also provide support for M&A opportunities where required by the business.
About You

Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business and or a related discipline

Post Graduate experience in corporate finance, corporate development or FP&A, ideally gained within a Big 4 accounting firm, leading consultancy or large corporate environment

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with experience in financial modelling and a demonstrated ability to investigate and identify key insights

A proactive and inquisitive approach, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply commercial thinking to business challenges

Demonstrated ability to collect, structure and analyse complex information and data to support informed decision-making

Beginner to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with a genuine interest in developing advanced capability in these tools
