Passive Overnight Support Worker

Aim Train Achieve (ATA) is looking for a reliable, caring and independent Disability Support Worker to join our team in a regular passive overnight position. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and is looking for consistent, ongoing overnight work.
About the Role
Permanent part-time position
5 nights per week - 10:00pm – 8:00am
- 8-hour passive sleepover
- 1 hour of genuine household/support duties before the sleepover
- 1 hour of genuine household/support duties in the morning
- Client is expected to sleep throughout the overnight period
- You will be required to stay overnight at the client's home
- You will be working independently overnight
We're looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- Comfortable working independently
- Calm, respectful and professional
- Person-centred and genuinely enjoys supporting others
- Comfortable with passive overnight work
- Happy completing light household duties
- Looking for regular, consistent hours
- Able to commit to 5 overnight shifts per week
Previous disability support or community care experience is highly regarded.
Applicants with Relevant qualifications preferred.
