You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where we are looking for a high-energy, customer-focused barista who delivers exceptional coffee quality while supporting smooth daily business operations, stock control, product displaying, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our loyal customer base.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in hospitality
- Skilled barista able to operate the machine solo confident adjusting grinder
- Delivering High-Quality Coffee
- Prepare espresso-based drinks to consistent standards
- Calibrate grinders and monitor espresso extraction
- Steam milk to proper texture and temperature
- Maintain cleanliness of espresso machines and equipment
- Ensure presentation meets brand quality standards
- Caring for the Business
- Support daily sales goals and upselling opportunities
- Minimize waste and manage inventory responsibly
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Open and close the store properly
- Handle cash/POS transactions accurately
- Work as a team to maintain efficient workflow
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- A hands-on, can-do flexible attitude
