Are you studying a Bachelor of Civil Engineering in 2026? Warrnambool City Council is offering a rare and rewarding opportunity to a local engineering student with our Civil Engineering Scholarship (Cadet Civil Engineer).

The Benefits
At the successful completion of the scholarship and having attained appropriate qualifications a further temporary full time contract of twenty four (24) months will be offered to the successful candidate in a position suitable to the qualifications obtained.
