About the role
As a Senior Analyst, you will support mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments and business growth initiatives through high quality financial analysis and transaction support. Additionally, you'll:
Build and maintain detailed financial models, including valuations, DCFs, sensitivity and scenario analysis- Support the execution of acquisitions, divestments, partnerships and investment opportunities
- Conduct market, competitor and industry analysis to provide strategic insights
- Prepare investment papers, governance submissions and executive-level presentations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors throughout transaction processes
- Contribute to portfolio reviews, capital allocation decisions and post-transaction analysis
About you
You are a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting or a related discipline- CA, CPA or CFA qualification completed or currently in progress
- 3 to 5 years' experience within Corporate Development, Transaction Services, M&A Advisory, Investment Banking or a Big 4 environment
- Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills
- Experience supporting transactions, due diligence processes and investment analysis
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation capabilities
