An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Metal Fabricator to join our production team in Rocklea. The successful applicant will manufacture, assemble, and repair metal components while ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Measure, mark, cut, and shape metal materials using hand and power tools.
- Operate fabrication machinery, including guillotines, presses, grinders, and welding equipment.
- Assemble and fabricate metal structures through welding, bolting, and riveting.
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and Australian quality standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment in accordance with workplace health and safety procedures.Essential Requirements
- Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade or an equivalent qualification.
