About the Role
As a key member of our clinical team, you'll help create a calm, professional, and welcoming experience for our patients while supporting our dentists in delivering exceptional care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Chairside assistance during general and cosmetic dental procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms and instruments before and after appointments
- Maintaining infection control and sterilisation procedures in accordance with Australian standards
- Assisting with patient care and ensuring patient comfort throughout treatment
- Supporting front desk and administrative tasks when required
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional clinical environment
About You
We're more interested in attitude than years of experience!
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Positive energy which you'll bring to the workplace
- A friendly, professional, and caring manner
- Previous dental assisting experience (a strong preference)
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
Dental assisting experience is preferred, but personality and attitude matter just as much! We welcome applications from enthusiastic candidates who are eager to learn and grow.
