REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field desirable, but not essential
- 3-5+ years' experience in a Digital Content role in an agency or equivalent
- Proven experience managing content strategy, delivery and performance across digital platforms
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation & Design
- Create high-quality content across digital platforms — paid and organic social media posts, emails, ad copy, landing pages and promotional web content using tools including but not limited: Premiere, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Edit video, audio and animations for presentations, paid advertising campaigns and websites
- Design and develop creative assets, including static images, GIFs, video, motion graphics (animation) and other digital content formats
- Creation of visual UI library, delivering high end components to be used in frontend development. Website design, and development of digital assets for supporting developers to build interactive websites, assisting in analysing, specifying and developing website strategies.
- Ensure all content meets client and brand requirements, maintaining consistency in tone, style and messaging
Content Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute content strategies for client and internal campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals, target audience and brand voice
- Manage and optimise social media content plans across platforms, ensuring timely, consistent execution
- Work closely with content and client teams to refine content strategies in line with client goals, target audiences and industry trends
Content Performance
- Analyse content performance across platforms, offering insights and recommendations for optimising strategies
- Ensure content is optimised for engagement, conversions and brand presence across social, blogs and other digital channels
- Ensure all content deadlines and campaign requirements are met, supporting seamless execution and client satisfaction
- Contribute to individual, department and company KPIs, including client profitability reporting
Reporting & Client Communication
- Contribute to monthly performance reports for clients, highlighting key insights, results and recommendations
- Present content performance and strategy updates to clients, working closely with the Digital Client Service team
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication on content strategies and outcomes
Administrative
- Track billable and non-billable time
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for content creation and management processes
- Organise and maintain content libraries and digital assets for team collaboration
REMUNERATION
- Salary: $70,000-80,000 per annum + 12% superannuation
- Performance-based bonus structure
