We are looking for a motivated and reliable team member to join our mobile phone repair and accessories store in Sunnybank, Brisbane.
This role combines hands-on technical repair work with retail sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Repair mobile phones, tablets, and other electronic devices (iPhone, Samsung, iPad, etc.)
* Screen replacements, battery replacements, and general troubleshooting
* Provide excellent customer service in-store
* Assist customers with product selection and accessory sales
* Handle daily store operations and maintain a clean, organised workspace
* Work as part of a small, friendly team
Requirements:
* Previous experience in mobile phone repair is preferred but not essential (training can be provided)
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Sales experience is an advantage
* Willingness to learn and improve technical skills
* Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented
* Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin (Chinese) is required
