We have recently secured a major multi-site commercial contract portfolio spanning the Central Coast ( Gosford, Wyong, Peninsula, and surrounding areas). We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our expanding team.
What We Offer:
- Consistent Schedules: Stable morning (6:00 AM – 9:00 AM) or afternoon (3:30 PM – 6:30 PM) weekday shifts.
- Local Work: Work clusters grouped tightly to your residential area to minimize travel.
- Compliant Pay: Full Award wages paid weekly plus superannuation and entitlements.
- Support: Complete uniforms, commercial equipment, and paid site-specific training provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across corporate offices, public facilities, and common areas.
- Perform routine tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitisation, and waste management.
- Safely handle commercial cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines.
- Adhere strictly to on-site Work Health and Safety (WHS) protocols.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Clearances: A current National Police Check and a valid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) are strictly required prior to commencing on-site. (Note: WWCC is required as some sites include family-accessible community spaces).
- Transport: Having a reliable personal vehicle is highly advantageous for accessing our multi-site clusters, but not essential for centrally located sites. Access to reliable transport (including public transit) to arrive on time for your rostered shifts is required.
- Communication: Ability to follow detailed operational checklists and safety signs.
- Reliability: Punctual, honest, and proud of delivering high-quality work.
