Kitchen Hand — Jinius, Walsh Bay
Jinius is looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our team in Walsh Bay, Sydney.
We are a busy bakery, café and restaurant with a strong focus on quality food, house-made products and a supportive team environment.
The Role
As a Kitchen Hand, you will support our chefs and kitchen team with the day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
Responsibilities include:
- Dishwashing and maintaining a clean kitchen
- Keeping kitchen, storage and preparation areas clean and organised
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation
- Receiving and organising deliveries
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
- Helping the kitchen team during busy service periods
- General cleaning and kitchen duties as required
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to help the team
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently when required
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but not essential
- Weekend availability is highly regarded
About Jinius
Jinius is a bakery, café and restaurant located in Walsh Bay, Sydney.
We operate seven days a week and work with an in-house bakery and kitchen, producing a wide range of bread, pastries and seasonal dishes.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a professional and friendly kitchen team.

Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
