What you'll be doing
Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.
About You
You are a dedicated and highly capable nursing professional with current registration through the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice. You bring sound knowledge and well‑developed skills across relevant clinical areas, allowing you to deliver safe, evidence‑based care with confidence and precision. Your approach to patient care is grounded in strong clinical problem‑solving abilities, enabling you to assess complex situations, make informed decisions, and optimise outcomes for every patient under your care.
You communicate with clarity and purpose, using information technology, written documentation, and verbal interaction to ensure accurate, timely and effective clinical communication. Your interpersonal style supports collaboration, helping you work seamlessly within multidisciplinary teams while coordinating patient care that is both holistic and outcome‑focused. You manage competing priorities with professionalism, ensuring continuity of care even in fast‑paced or high‑pressure environments.
Your flexibility and reliability are evident in your willingness to participate in a seven‑day rotating roster, including night shifts, weekends, public holidays and on‑call requirements. You consistently demonstrate resilience, adaptability and a strong work ethic, contributing to a safe and supportive clinical environment for both patients and colleagues.
