About You
- Minimum 6 months of local experience in a dental practice (Assistant or Receptionist role).
- Certificate III/IV in Dental Assisting is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and teams.
- Reliable, professional, and patient-focused.
Dental Assistants
- Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures.
- Sterilise and prepare instruments.
- Set up and clean treatment rooms.
- Maintain high infection control standards.
Dental Receptionists
- Greet patients and manage appointments.
- Handle phone calls, payments, and patient records.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at the front desk.
- Support the dental team with administrative tasks.
