Airbnb / Short-Term Rental Cleaners (Contractors) – Brisbane CBD & Inner Suburbs

We are looking for reliable and detail-focused cleaners to help service our growing portfolio of Airbnb and short-term rental properties across Brisbane CBD and inner suburbs.
This role suits experienced cleaners, hotel housekeepers, or contractors with an ABN looking for flexible and consistent work.
Our properties are primarily studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments, located within a 5km radius of Brisbane CBD.
About the role
You will be responsible for preparing properties between guest stays to ensure they meet high presentation standards.
Duties include:
- Cleaning and preparing short-term rental properties between guest stays
- Making beds and ensuring all rooms are guest-ready
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising surfaces
- Checking and restocking guest amenities and supplies
- Reporting any maintenance issues or property concerns
Most cleans take place between 10am – 3pm, making this ideal for cleaners wanting flexible daytime work.

Requirements
- Cleaning experience (Airbnb, hotel or residential preferred)
- Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Mobile phone
- ABN preferred (for contractors)
- Police check within the last 6 months or willing to obtain one
- Must live within or close to Brisbane CBD / inner suburbs
- No Companies
