Key Responsibilities include:
Adhere to relevant expectations outlined in the SCH and Allied Health Governance Framework documents and Business Rules to ensure that best patient outcomes are achieved in a transparent, ethical and accountable manner.
Communicate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to influence the culture towards a common, patient-centred vision and direction.
Take a leadership role in the monitoring of professional clinical standards and outcomes, service improvement activities, Performance and Development Plans (PDP), quality activities, evidence-based practice, clinical research programs.
Facilitate and contribute to clinical research projects of clinical importance to the relevant Allied Health profession or multidisciplinary team, seeking outcomes that influence standards of clinical practice and the delivery of services.
Remuneration value up to $157 359 p.a., comprising salary between $4912.70 - $5286.40 p.f., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Fixed Term Temporary Full-time position available until 21/02/2027).
