Company Description
At Refinery Group, we hire for attitude as much as experience.
We're looking for the people who are the backbone of every great service. The people who take pride in their work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, support their teammates, and care about consistently delivering high standards. Technical skills can be taught, but attitude, reliability, teamwork, and a genuine passion for hospitality are what set great kitchen teams apart.
