Role Description/Criteria
An integral part of the administration team at SFX School is the role of the bursar. Working in tandem with the School Administration Officer and the Principal, the bursar manages the income and expenses of the school. You will have the assistance of the MACS Financial Business Partner.
Familiarity with the new ICON system in Victorian Catholic schools is preferred. Further to this a familiarity with NPortal, and CDF pay would be advantageous.
One of your necessary days of work will be a Friday, as this is the day that you will staff the office. We are flexible with your other days at SFX.
The successful candidate will be someone who is a team player, super organised, efficient, effective, trustworthy, stays on top of their workload and has good financial routines that lead to the effective financial management of the school.
